Scheduling

I need employees included to the shift templates. Very annoying to add every employee everytime to every shift!!

I would like to see which of my managers approved time off requests so if there is a question or problem I will know which of my managers to talk to

The previous version of Jolt showed staff the total number of hours that they had that week and when they wanted to pick up a shift it would show them what that would put them at. It also showed them the exact amount of time a shift was. For example a shift that was from 4:00-7:15 it would read 3.25 hours. This version will show only the full hour (4). Lastly if there was a way for them to see their previous weeks schedule. Previously they could look back at a week and see what they had worked the weeks prior but now they only way to do that is going day by day and seeing everyone's. Being able to see their previous schedule helps when they are doing timesheets.

When a schedule is published with unassigned shifts, I would like to have a feature where the unassigned shift are automatic available in JoltLite for the team to pick up and they received a notification that shifts are available.

When employees request days off it would be awesome if it said what days of the week it was. Example instead of "July 14-July 16th" it would say "Sat July 14th-Mon July 16th". This would be beneficial because if you need more people Saturday/Sunday than Monday/Tuesday you can be prepared.

It would be great if employees could log in and submit a schedule request or adjust availability thru the app. We have many employees who don't have a phone or don't know how to use it, but if any manager could have them log in on the tablet and assist them to put in a request on our device, it would eliminate a lot of random papers left on a desk that get misplaced or lost and a load off our GM when they make the schedule

We have collegues with new versions of an Android phone and they are not able to install the Lite app.

It would be nice to go back to alphabetical sorting on the schedule. We had added numbers to the beginging of the role to allow us to put them in a specific order. Something changed this week and the roles display on the schedule in a random order

This has been popping up for the last 3-4 days when I try to enter projected sales.
