It would be really nice to have a profile Picture for each employee. This will also help management become familiar with all the employees and being able to put a name to a face.

There is no way to change the way you pay for your subscription online. Just spent 16 minutes talking to a rep on the phone, mostly on hold. Waiting for an email link to change a credit card number. Does that seem ridiculous to anyone else besides me?

It would be great if we could get an email or notification of some sort when a new version of the app is available. We have our tablets on a managed system so nothing but jolt can be accessed. Unfortunately this stops automatic updates for the app and I have to push them from the back office.

I don't understand why it's so difficult to remove a card. I added a new card to the account yet it won't let me delete my old card. kinda frustrating

Wouldn't be easier just to prompt for a passcode to login as opposed to having to find your name and then entering your passcode?

For accounting purposes, I need a receipt for anything over $75. It would be great if 1 of 2 things happened... 1. Email us receipts once you charge our credit card. OR... 2. Start emailing invoices via ApplePay and then I can pay the invoice AND print a receipt! Thanks!

I am struggling each month concerning the way the billing is done. I am charged a total for 8 locations, yet the billing area of Jolt shows 8 separate invoices. This is not convenient for me to submit to our office to support my credit card statement. One invoice matching the total on the credit card statement showing the locations that are covered under that bill would be a huge improvement.
